Rush questions, answered
Does Greek Connect work for formal recruitment and continuous open bidding?
Yes. Create a rush class for each recruitment period — a structured formal week or a semester of continuous open bidding (COB). Rush events inside the class dates count toward attendance automatically, and your pipeline stays open as long as the class is active.
Do rushees need to download the app?
No. Rushees fill out your public application in their phone’s browser by scanning a QR code or opening a link. Only your members use the app.
Can we call it “recruitment” and “PNMs” instead of “rush” and “rushees”?
Yes. Chapter admins choose Rush / Rushee or Recruitment / PNM, and the wording changes across the sidebar, page titles, notifications, and your public application form.
Can we import the rushees we already have?
Yes. Upload a CSV with first name, last name, and year — plus email, phone, major, hometown, and source if you have them. Rows with an email already in the class are skipped, so you won’t create duplicates.
Who can see how members voted?
You decide. Results can be visible to rush admins only, to members after they cast their own vote, or to everyone. Rush permissions are set per role — None, User, or Admin — so your committee sees more than the general membership.
What happens when a rushee accepts a bid?
Tap Add Member on their profile and invite them by email. They join your chapter on the same roster that runs events, points, messaging, and dues — nothing gets re-typed. The rush class stays on file so next year’s chair can look back at it.
How much does it cost?
