Explore the admin settings for your chapter
Accessing Chapter Settings
Navigate to Admin from the sidebar. Only members with the Admin role can access these settings. Changes take effect immediately for all chapter members.
Representative
Your chapter's Greek Connect representative is shown on the Admin page. Reach out to them for help with setup, troubleshooting, or questions about your subscription.
Enabled Features
Toggle features on or off for your chapter. Disabling a feature removes it from the sidebar and prevents access, but data is preserved — you can re-enable anytime without losing anything.
Available features:
- Announcements — Chapter-wide announcements with rich text, pinning, and interactions
- Calendar — Events with RSVP, sign-in, excuses, and attendance tracking
- Check-In Maps — Location-based check-in with geofencing and points integration
- Drive — Shared file storage with folders, permissions, and previews
- Expenses — Track and manage chapter expenses and budgets
- Meals — Meal plan management with menus and dietary tracking
- Messages — Direct and group messaging between members
- Points — Points systems with leaderboards, automatic awards, and analytics
- Polls — Voting and surveys with multiple question types and anonymous options
- Rush — Recruitment management with PNM tracking, interviews, and voting
- Tasks — Assign and track member tasks with deadlines, approvals, and points
- Alumni — Alumni directory and engagement tools
Some features are only available on paid or trial plans.
Chapter Branding
Customize your chapter's appearance in the app with a logo, color scheme, and display name. Branding shows across the sidebar, headers, and member-facing pages.
Rush Terminology
Different organizations use different terms for recruitment. Customize labels like "Rush," "PNM," and other recruitment terms to match your chapter's language (e.g., "Recruitment" instead of "Rush", "Candidate" instead of "PNM").
Activity Feed Settings
Control what appears in the home dashboard activity feed for all members:
- Show or hide member birthdays
- Show or hide new member welcome announcements
- Show or hide points system updates
- Show or hide the chapter officers widget
Invitations & Join Link
Invite members individually by email, in bulk via CSV upload, or share a join link. The join link can be enabled, disabled, or regenerated at any time from the Member Management page. Members who join via the link are automatically placed in the default role.
