Post weekly menus on the calendar and reuse saved ones

The menu calendar

From Meals, open Menus. The calendar lays out each week's meals by day. Click a day to open its panel and see every meal slot for that day.

Posting a menu

Click a meal slot to open the menu editor. Add a title and a description of what's being served, then Save. The menu shows up for members on their week board.

• Improve with AI — generate a description from the title, or polish what you've written, then accept or discard the suggestion.

Saved menus

Save a menu you serve often, then drop it onto any slot later instead of retyping it.

Copy a week

Use Copy week to clone one week's menus onto another — a quick way to set up weeks that repeat.
