Attendance Logs
View and export member attendance across all events with filtering and point awards
What Are Attendance Logs?
Attendance Logs give admins a single view of member attendance across all events, check-ins, location tracking, and manual submissions. Filter by date, member, event, status, or source — and export everything to CSV.
Views
- List View: Paginated table showing member name, date, source, attendance status, and points awarded per record.
- Matrix View: Members × Events grid with color-coded attendance status at each intersection. Great for spotting patterns at a glance.
Filters
Narrow results using any combination of these filters:
- Date Range: Start and end date (defaults to current month).
- Point Systems: Filter by specific points systems linked to events.
- Members: Select specific members or view all.
- Events: Filter to specific events (only events with sign-in enabled).
- Status: Present, Absent (Excused), Absent (Unexcused), Excuse Pending, Approved, Awaiting, Denied.
- Source: Event, Check-In, Location Tracking, or Manual.
Adding Points
Points Admins can manually award points directly from the attendance log. Select a points system, enter a value and description, choose which members to award, and submit. Points are recorded immediately.
CSV Export
Download all filtered records as a CSV file with columns for name, date, source, status, and points. Use this for external reporting, compliance, or chapter records.
Data Sources
The log aggregates data from multiple sources into one unified view:
- Events: Attendance records from events with sign-in enabled (present, absent, excused).
- Check-Ins: Records from Check-In Maps GPS check-ins.
- Location Tracking: Time-based location tracking submissions.
- Manual: Points added manually by admins.
Permissions
- Calendar Admin: Required to access Attendance Logs.
- Points Admin: Required to manually add points from the log.
