Introduction

The points system allows you to quickly create multiple systems for each category that you may need. From service hours to academic merits, chapter officers can stay on top of point requirements, allowing members to submit point requests or automatically earn points based on their attendance at events.

What you can track with points

Chapters use points for everything they need members to show up for: community service and philanthropy hours, study and academic requirements, chapter meeting and event attendance, brotherhood or sisterhood participation, and intramurals. You can run as many separate systems as you need, each with its own rules and point goals.

How members earn points

Members earn points three ways: automatically by checking in at events or approved locations, by submitting a request (with a photo for proof) that an officer approves, or through a manual adjustment by an admin. Every total updates in real time, so members always know where they stand and officers are not reconciling spreadsheets at the end of the semester.
