Learn how to manage your chapter's plan and billing

How Plans Work

Greek Connect uses member-based tiered pricing. Your plan is based on the number of members in your chapter, not which features you use. All features are available on every paid plan — you only pay for your chapter size.

Free Trial

Every new chapter gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. A reminder email is sent 10 days before the trial expires. When the trial ends, the chapter is locked until an admin upgrades to a paid plan.

Billing Cycles

Choose between two billing options:

  • Semi-Annual (every 6 months): Standard pricing, billed twice per year.
  • Annual (every 12 months): Save 15% compared to semi-annual billing.

You can switch between billing cycles at any time. Changes are prorated automatically.

Pricing by Chapter Size

Plans scale with your chapter. Select the tier that matches your member count:

  • Under 20 members: $60/6mo or $102/yr
  • 20–30 members: $90/6mo or $153/yr
  • 30–40 members: $120/6mo or $204/yr
  • 40–50 members: $150/6mo or $255/yr
  • 50–60 members: $180/6mo or $306/yr
  • 60–80 members: $240/6mo or $408/yr
  • 80–100 members: $300/6mo or $510/yr
  • 100–120 members: $360/6mo or $612/yr
  • 120–200 members: $420–$600/6mo (scales by tier)
  • 200–300+ members: $750–$1,200/6mo (contact us for custom pricing)

Features Included

All paid plans include every core feature:

  • Calendar & Events (RSVP, sign-in, excuses, attendance)
  • Tasks (assignments, deadlines, approvals, points)
  • Points System (leaderboards, auto-awards, analytics)
  • Polls & Voting (anonymous, multi-type, scheduling)
  • Rush / Recruitment (PNM tracking, interviews, voting)
  • Announcements, Messages, Drive, Expenses, Alumni, Check-In Maps

Meals and Headquarters are available on paid plans as add-on features.

Managing Your Plan

Only chapter admins can manage the plan. Navigate to Admin from the sidebar to access billing settings.

Upgrading from Trial

When your trial expires (or anytime during the trial), tap "Upgrade Now" to select your member tier and billing cycle. You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout to complete payment. The chapter is unlocked immediately after payment.

Changing Your Plan

Already subscribed? Tap "Update Plan" to change your member tier or switch billing cycles. A preview shows the prorated adjustment before you confirm. Changes take effect immediately.

Manage Billing

Tap "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe customer portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, download receipts, or cancel your subscription.

What Happens When a Plan Expires

If your trial expires or a payment fails:

  • The chapter is locked — non-admin members see a message asking an officer to upgrade.
  • Admins see the pricing dialog and can upgrade immediately.
  • No data is lost — all members, events, tasks, and content are preserved and accessible once the plan is renewed.

Member Capacity

Each plan tier sets a maximum member count. If your chapter grows beyond your current tier, you’ll need to upgrade to the next tier. The app tracks your current member count and invited members against the limit.
